The Promenade des Anglais is one possible outing to combine with a museum or a city visit. In older neighbourhoods, plan around surfaces, crowds and entrances to shops or cafés. A manageable itinerary with nearby stops leaves more time for the experiences you enjoy.
Antibes, Cannes or Menton are possible places to discuss with your adviser. Distance alone is not enough to decide: suitable transport, drop-off locations and access at the destination all matter. Rather than combining several towns in a day, allow time to enjoy the places you choose.
An equipped beach does not necessarily provide equipment or bathing assistance at all times. Opening dates, toilets, access to the water and conditions of use need checking.
